Cancellation Policy

Membership at Under Par Golf Lab requires a minimum 12-month commitment. If membership is canceled before completing twelve (12) full calendar months, a $300 early termination fee will apply.

If the member has completed twelve (12) or more calendar months, no cancellation fee will apply. Memberships may then be canceled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, including required notice prior to the end of the billing cycle. Memberships may not be suspended, paused, or temporarily placed on hold at any time.

Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Under Par Golf Performance Lab’s facility, services, or membership programs, you agree to abide by all applicable rules, policies, and procedures.

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis and include a set number of hours based on the selected tier. Unused hours do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

To avoid renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the end of the current billing period. If proper notice is given, access will continue through the end of the billing cycle, during which any remaining hours may be used. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the next billing cycle being charged, and access will continue through that period.

Memberships require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) calendar months; if canceled prior to completing this term, a $300 early termination fee will apply. No cancellation fee will apply once the 12-month term has been fulfilled.

Use of the facility is subject to availability and advance booking through our scheduling system. Missed reservations or no-shows may result in forfeited time or applicable fees.

Users are responsible for proper conduct and care of all equipment and premises. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for misuse, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facility. We may update pricing, policies, or membership terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

All Participants

As with any exercise or activity, you assume certain risk by starting and/or participating in exercise activities. There is an increased risk of injury by performing activities incorrectly. If you choose to participate in this exercise program, you assume these risks of your own free will and accord. It is your responsibility to not exceed or overexert your own personal limits.

Under Par Golf Lab, nor its employees, make any guarantees of results that may be obtained from our exercise or golf performance program. All participants should obtain medical advice and approval prior to starting any strenuous activity, including prior to commencing any activities with Under Par Golf Lab, LLC.

Privacy Policy

Under Par Golf Performance Lab collects personal information necessary to operate our services, including booking and membership management. This may include:
• Name, email address, and phone number
• Payment and billing details (processed securely by third-party providers)
• Booking activity and membership history
• Limited device and usage data collected through cookies or analytics tools

This information is used to provide services, process transactions, communicate account-related updates, and improve overall user experience. We may also send promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Purchase and Returns Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, private or group golf instruction, fitness sessions, classes, events, prepaid single or multi-use sessions, lessons, clinics, and any other services. These services are non-refundable and may not be transferred or exchanged.

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis and require a 12-month commitment. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions, including all policies related to billing, cancellation, and renewal. Early termination of a membership prior to the completion of the 12-month term will result in a cancellation fee.

Retail merchandise, beverages, food, golf equipment, and all other goods purchased are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the studio, website, or mobile application is used solely for business and operational purposes, including but not limited to booking services, managing memberships, processing payments, communicating account-related information, and improving the overall customer experience.

Personal information may include your name, contact details, and payment information, which may be securely processed through third-party service providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

By providing your information, you consent to its collection, use, and storage in accordance with our policies, and you acknowledge that reasonable measures are taken to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Mobile Services

To access certain features of our mobile application or online services, you may be required to create an account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to share your password, disclose your account information to any third party, or use another member’s account at any time. Under Par Golf Lab is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use, breach of security, or loss of your account information, and you accept full responsibility for all usage and activity associated with your account.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks of Under Par Golf Lab are proprietary to Under Par Golf Lab, LLC and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these terms.

All Website and App content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, Under Par Golf Lab.

Any other use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of Under Par Golf Lab, is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that Under Par Golf Lab and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all Website and App materials, and that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using them.

Under Par Golf Lab may discontinue or remove the Website or App at any time. Any and all information on Under Par Golf Lab specific workouts is prohibited from being shared. All members are subject to this membership agreement.
