Where is Under Par Golf Lab located?

Under Par Golf Lab is located at 9456 Charlotte Highway, Suite 100, Indian Land, South Carolina 29707. The location is easily accessible for golfers in the Indian Land, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and South Charlotte, NC area. We are located towards the back of the building to the far right.

Who is Under Par Golf Lab designed for?

Under Par Golf Lab is designed for beginners, recreational golfers, competitive players, and juniors who want consistent access to high-quality practice and instruction. Whether you’re new to the game, preparing for tournaments, or simply want a place to practice regardless of weather, the facility offers flexible options to support long-term improvement.

What golf technology is used at Under Par Golf Lab?

The facility features Trackman golf simulators and PuttView interactive putting greens. Trackman provides detailed swing and ball-flight data, video analysis, and access to world-renowned golf courses, while PuttView delivers immersive putting drills and green-reading training to help golfers improve their short game with measurable feedback.

Can I play full golf courses on the simulators?

Yes! Trackman simulators allow golfers to play full rounds on famous courses from around the world or focus on targeted practice sessions. Players can choose casual play, competitive games, or structured drills depending on their goals.

Do I need a membership to use Under Par Golf Lab?

No, a membership is not required to use Under Par Golf Lab! Guests can access our facility through non-member guest bookings, allowing them to reserve simulator bays and PuttView by the hour while enjoying free access to the facility and lounge areas.

While memberships provide the majority of ongoing access and include monthly simulator time and additional amenities based on the selected tier, everyone is welcome to enjoy the space.

What membership options are available to me?

Under Par Golf Lab offers three month-to-month memberships: Par, Unlimited and Junior (under 22), starting at $99 per month. Each has a one-time initiation fee, which is waived if you pay for 12 months upfront. There is no long-term contract.
Depending on the tier, members receive simulator hours, access to training and putting facilities, and discounted rates on lessons, clinics, and events, with higher tiers offering added flexibility and value. Please see our Memberships page for available options and pricing.

Can I try Under Par before I join?

Yes. Anyone can book a bay by the hour without a membership, and you can book an Under Par Experience, a 60-minute guided visit, at underpargolflab.com/experience or call (803) 843-0892.

How far in advance can I book a bay?

Members can book up to 14 days in advance on our booking page.

Do you offer golf lessons?

Yes! Under Par Golf Lab offers private lessons, semi-private instruction, group lessons, and specialized clinics. Lessons are taught by experienced golf professionals and are enhanced by Trackman data and video analysis to provide clear feedback and personalized improvement plans.

Is fitness training included with membership?

Golf-specific fitness training is included with select membership tiers. Training focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention to help golfers swing more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury. Programs are adaptable to different ages and fitness levels.

Prior fitness experience is not required. Training programs can be customized based on individual ability, goals, and physical limitations, making them accessible to beginners and experienced athletes alike.

Can I host private events or corporate outings at Under Par Golf Lab?

Yes! Under Par Golf Lab offers event and simulator bay rentals for corporate events, team outings, birthday parties, and private gatherings. The facility’s social lounge, simulators, and optional catering make it a unique venue for both business and social events.

What should I bring to my visit?

Golfers are encouraged to bring their own golf clubs to ensure the best fit, comfort, and performance during practice and play. Using your own clubs allows Trackman data, swing analysis, and instruction to be more accurate and relevant to your game. Limited club options may be available upon request for first-time visitors or special circumstances.

Golf balls are provided for simulator use, and golfers should wear comfortable athletic or golf-appropriate attire. No additional equipment is required unless you are participating in a fitness or performance training session.
